ABOUT

Lenny is a native New Yorker and he has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 20 years. Prior to retirement, Lenny had a career in the banking world.

HOBBIES

He has an interesting and diverse set of hobbies!! Lenny enjoys classic and independent films and loves to travel. Lenny embraces his strategic and competitive spirit in the realms of chess and poker.

SURPRISED TO KNOW

Lenny lived in a CCRC in Phoenix, AZ for 5 years…so he has great understanding of the benefits of a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

WHY LEGACY?

For Lenny, there were 4 major advantages that contributed to his attraction and, ultimately, his decision to make their reservation at Legacy. First, not only was Legacy a brand new community, therefore allowing the ability to move into a brand new home, but it is combined with the benefits of a CCRC, which was a huge plus! The setting of the site nestled in the beauty of the Western North Carolina was another draw. Like many, the opportunity for home ownership, thus avoiding the “buy in” model, was also a compelling attraction. And finally, they both felt that the experienced management of RLA, Inc. would maximize the formation and smooth functioning of the future Legacy community.

FUTURE AT LEGACY

Lenny looks forward to meeting and forging friendships with the many wonderfully diverse Legacy residents. With Lenny’s prior experience with a CCRC, he would like to participate in making suggestions for programs and activities that may benefit and enhance the Legacy experience.
