Janet & Ann met in a yoga class over a decade ago and were married on the day the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the Obergefell v. Hodges case.
ABOUT
Charles and Ann lived in Landrum SC before retiring to Flat Rock over a decade ago. Charles was involved in shopping center development and Ann was an executive assistant.
HOBBIES
When Charles is not playing pickleball or Ann playing golf they like to work out, hike, walk and travel. Charles and Ann especially enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
SURPRISED TO KNOW
Charles was a former nuclear engineer. Ann grew up on a farm in lower SC where she helped pick cotton.
WHY LEGACY?
The equity model was very appealing. In addition, the physical setting, the timing for opening, and the opportunity to select interior finishes in a new home all made saying “Yes” to a Legacy purchase an easy decision.
FUTURE AT LEGACY
Because the Wilkins have lived in SC and NC their entire lives, they look forward to sharing information about some hidden gems in the area with their new neighbors.
