ABOUT

Tim and Marsha have called The Cliffs in Travelers Rest SC home for the past 12 years. Prior to their move south they lived in Westchester NY. Marsha spent her weeks in educational sales working with school librarians throughout New York state. And her weekends teaching classes in strength, tone and spin at area sports clubs. Tim worked in healthcare finance for 35 years and in senior management positions in hospital, home care and hospice organizations.

HOBBIES

Fitness activities are Marsha’s go-to preferences. She teaches fitness classes at Furman University’s OLLI program, takes yoga and Pilates, and plays a lot of golf both with a women’s group and with Tim. Tim enjoys his time on the links as well as hiking, volunteering and playing chess and bridge.

SURPRISED TO KNOW

Marsha says it’s their age difference. Tim says it’s that Marsha hosted a cable TV show. We definitely need to know more!

WHY LEGACY?

Marsha and Tim decided it was time to figure out the next chapter of their lives. When they found Legacy they appreciated the opportunity to be in a new community and be able to have input on the finishing touches of their new home. And it’s in an area they’ve grown to know and love.

FUTURE AT LEGACY

Marsha and Tim are looking forward to sharing their talents and expertise with their new neighbors. Fitness classes and a newsletter will be right up Marsha’s alley. Tim looks forward to bringing his experience of serving on Boards and committees. They really like the energy emanating from the FG members they have met.
