ABOUT

Lydia has called the NYC area home for a very long time. Raised on Staten Island she now makes her home in Manhattan. She is a graduate of St Johns with a BS of criminal justice.  She put that degree to work as a NYPD peace officer for a year. Like many New Yorkers Lydia worked in many restaurants along the way as manager, hostess, and bartender. For over 30 years she’s owned and operated Limos by Lydia which provides transportation service for high profile clients. She often also arranges for security and even does event planning. She has no plans to retire as she loves what she does. Marianne is a life-long New Yorker having been born on Long Island but always lived in Manhattan. She has had a dog walking business for 25 years.

HOBBIES

Lydia has ridden motorcycles since she was a teenager. Recently she sold both her Harley Davidson and Piaggio MP3 but is looking to get another soon so she can try out the Tail of the Dragon near Maggie Valley!

Both Lydia and Marianne love dogs and animals.

SURPRISED TO KNOW

Marisa Tomei has been a 20-year client of Limos by Lydia.  Marianne underwent a liver and kidney transplant in 2019 and is thankfully recovering well.
