Bob moved to Flat Rock NC in 2014 from the Philadelphia suburbs where he lived for 30 years. His professional career was spent as a statistician working on clinical trials of new drugs for the pharmaceutical industry.

HOBBIES

Bob enjoys reading thrillers and doing crossword puzzles. He’s trying to reconnect with his guitar, which he says isn’t going all that well! He enjoys traveling and is looking forward to getting back out to see the world again.

SURPRISED TO KNOW

Bob’s next birthday isn’t until 2024! That’s because he is a Leap Year baby born on, of course, February 29.

WHY LEGACY?

Bob was attracted to the amount of space around the Estate home lots where he’s chosen his next address. He’s also looking forward to having a community that will easily afford him the opportunity to connect with neighbors.
