ABOUT

Bill and Sue Burchill have been residents in the Foxwood neighborhood in Hendersonville for the past 12 years. Before then, they resided in multiple locations in the eastern half of the United states – Bryan, TX, Wheaton, IL, Allentown, PA and Bloomfield, CT.

Prior to retirement, Bill was a nuclear engineer. Sue was a teacher, managed a veterinary office, and directed SIX bell choirs over 37 years!

HOBBIES

Sue continues to nurture her passion for bell choirs as the director at Mills River Presbyterian Church. She also enjoys swimming, cooking and working on puzzles.

Bill commits his time to cardio/ strength training, photography and road biking. He also channels the engineer in him with data analysis and technical writing skills!

SURPRISED TO KNOW

Bill has climbed ALL 48 peaks of the New Hampshire White Mountains…making him a member of the Appalachian Mountain Club – 4000 Footer Club! As for Sue, she is a former equestrian competitor in dressage. She also has the gift of being an animal and baby whisperer!

WHY LEGACY?

The Burchills were drawn to Legacy because of the equity model of home ownership, the exceptional design elements, the wide array of amenities and its ideal location. They also cited staff friendliness as being a draw for them.

FUTURE AT LEGACY

The Burchills look forward to getting to know a new set of friendly neighbors and being active participants in the community!
