ABOUT

Hope was a Realtor in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. for 30 years. After a couple of other moves, she landed in Asheville for five years before moving to Lexington KY to be near her son, where she currently resides. But Asheville and the mountains are calling her back.

HOBBIES

Hope is looking forward to once again engaging in her favorite Asheville activities – gardening, hiking, walking her dog, being part of a book club, joining community social events, attending Wortham Center and ACT performances, and dining at area restaurants. Her move to Lexington mid-Covid has made connecting there more difficult so she’s ready to return to the place she loves.

Hope hiked the Milford Track in New Zealand.

WHY LEGACY

In addition to the ideal location, Legacy’s equity model plus its new and innovative approach to senior care were all attractive to Hope. In addition, she likes being able to have input as the Legacy community evolves.

FUTURE AT LEGACY

Hope looks forward to helping foster a healthy lifestyle at Legacy from fitness to food.  Wellness is a primary interest and goal.
