Beverly-Grant
Beverly-Grant is the largest general contractor based in Western North Carolina, and they have decades of expertise in commercial and industrial facility development, with a specialty in medical, healthcare, and assisted living communities—making them the perfect partner for Legacy at Mills River.
The Beverly-Grant team was recently featured in Long-Term Living Magazine for designing and building the Laurel Park Medical Centre. They also received the Honor Award by the American Institute of Architects for their work on the Capital Center in Asheville, North Carolina. Additionally, CBS featured CooperRiis Wellness Center—one of Beverly-Grant’s recent projects—on the Sunday Morning News.

Here in North Carolina, the name RLA (Retirement Living Associates) is well-known in the field of senior living. With over 25 years of experience, they demonstrate ongoing commitment to creating exceptional communities—from planning and development, to marketing, to overseeing day-to-day operations.
